I am just getting to grips with blog writing, it’s all very new to me, but I think it will be interesting to give the website constant new content.

First off is a recently completed fitted wardrobe in the local town of  Tenterden.

The area to work with was an attic room and the piece needed to be fitted into the eves giving storage including shelving and hanging space. The idea was to maximise the storage area and create a piece with character that fitted in with the style of a Victorian town house. There was a lot of natural stripped pine in the room already so we settled on reclaimed pine. Reclaimed timber can be quite tricky as it often has hidden nails and holes, so care is needed along with some patching here and there. The finish was Danish oil and wax.

In our slide show below you can see the various stages, from the CAD drawings, mid project photos though to the finished job.
